Ladies and Gentlemen,Delayed is never denied.It will eventually come to pass.Even though it may tarry it will come to pass.The admission passed to university or college for five years and you still have not enrolled? You failed the exam four times?The project has failed five times?The child is still not coming after 14 years of marriage?I am here to assure you and let you know,Delay is not Denied!The fact that it still keeps you up at night and you are so convicted in your heart about it,Is the assuarance that you will eventually have it!But you really want to know what the issue is?Okay,stay with me!
The issue is not that you do not know that,the issue is that you are busy comparing your situation with the rest.Yes!The issue is that,you are seeing the same exact success you are working hard for happen to other people and not to you as quickly as you thought it should!Okay,Maybe you are in denial of that,Okay have a seat allow me explain.Let’s say for example,you were in this world alone,Would you still have the pressure you have on yourself when things do not work?Or would you just say,I will try again tomorrow and just take a deep breathe and sleep?Then,what does that mean?It just simply means the reason you are loosing sleep over it is because you are busy comparing yourself with others.
Now,My lovely one,Relax!If you failed at it,It does not make you a failure it just makes you wiser.Now you know.You will not repeat that mistake again.If you missed this years admission,Now you know why.So next time,In the next admission you my dear will go for it.The desire and hunger you have is just a testament that it is only a matter of time,With time you will be in that school,you will be in that continent,you will get that job,Just don’t let delay mean denial for you.You are allowed to cry over it,feel some type of way over it but what you are not allowed to do is to give up just because its delayed!
Look at it from the brighter side;What is this season trying to teach me?Maybe its teaching us to be more patient,more considerate,kinder to ourselves,maybe its trying to teach us not to take opportunities for granted.Maybe its trying to teach us to rely on God’s timing more than our very own timing.Maybe there’s a lesson God is taking us through and we need to rely more on the Holyspirit and really ask Him to open our eyes to see what exactly God is trying to teach us.Every time you are in a season instead of loosing sleep over it and being bitter about it how about you take it one step at a time and just entirely learn from it.Such seasons have a lot of learning to offer.If only we stopped comparing our time to bloom with the other peoples’ time to bloom.The time to boom will come,But it will be such a waste if we did not come out of this season wiser and more intelligent.
Therefore,My love,Relax!Take time and put things into perspective and try again.This time you are wiser!And know that God put that desire and hunger in there because He knew eventually you will get it.Its just a matter of time!You will eventually get there!Moreover,remember Delay is never Denied unless you choose to give up!
